SCCO2 Extraction
Designed to harness the power of supercritical carbon dioxide (SCCO2). Explore SCCO2 as an alternative solvent. Core Extraction system was developed to process a variety of botanical and natural materials. This system can be use for extractions from herbs, seeds and leaves. Furthermore, our systems are designed to extract any materials that have a solubility in CO2, or CO2 with a modifying solvent.
Counter Current Column
A robust addition to supercritical fluid extraction techniques. Designed as a multi piece column for flexibility, our columns can be easily expanded with the addition of further heated zones, making them suitable for the most demanding extraction processes.
Extraction Screening System (NEW)
The extraction screening system (ESS) is designed for users that wanted to screen multiple supercritical conditions to optimise their process. It can be used to prepare samples for HPLC or GC analysis, pesticide analysis and for instance food safety.
Water Extraction (NEW)
This system can do both Subcritical and Supercritical. It is uses for the extraction of natural products using water as a renewable and natural resource to create high quality natural products.
Modular Systems
Our systems are designed using a modular approach. It allows us to design a custom system based on the end user requirements while utlising standard components. This makes our systems not only cost effective but flexible. This modular approach also allows the system to be upgraded bringing new capacity and features with minimal alternations to the design. Hence, this enables us to deliver other SCCO2 systems that can be used for cleaning of nanostructures, extrusion and particle synthesis. For example, rapid expansion of supercritical solution (RESS) or supercritical anti-solvent method (SAS) systems can be used to synthesize nano and micro-sized active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) particles to improve the API dissolution rate in the pharmaceutical industry.
